100 million dollar lawsuit

On Aug 22nd, New Jersey Monmouth Superior Court dismissed the 100 million dollar lawsuit filed by INOC in New Jersey. (The Oral hearing for the New York Lawsuit will be on Oct 2nd, 2008).
